Ella Grace is an artist with an eye for detail and an obsessive taste for ice cream.

On her yearly getaway to New Zealand’s Great Barrier Island (2013), with only a small art book and miniature watercolour set, her first ice cream painting came to life.

As her artistry has developed throughout the years, her process has also.

Friends and family who are lucky enough to feature in her artworks are directed in a preconceived photo shoot, where Ella curates the right flavours with the right person for the piece. Once she arranges the perfect ice cream composition in camera, she then edits the images in photoshop to make sure they retain her signature look, ready for the brush.
