"All my paintings for this exhibition are mainly inspired by my homeland
Chinese culture. I don’t just paint what I see. I paint the love for my
culture. I paint the passing of time and my diminishing childhood memories.
I paint the struggles, the confusion, the sadness and the happiness that is
all part of my life. I paint for people to share and to feel the stories of
my inner world."
